A bit about Charlotte and how she got into the industry
I have been in the beauty and spa industry for 16 years with the last 12 being in education and training. I always knew I wanted to be in the beauty industry from a young age and have always loved skincare and make up, so this natural led me into spmu.
Why did you decide to train in SPMU?
I wanted to start my own business for more free time and financial freedom and I have always been quite creative and loved drawing, so along with my knowledge of skin, meant spmu was the missing puzzle piece.
What’s your favourite procedure to perform and why?
Hyperrealism brows! When I first trained in it, it was my nemesis! But with persistent practice and investing in masterclasses, something just clicked and I quickly grew to love it and the incredible natural results you can create for each client.
What is your favourite part of your job?
Meeting new people! From new clients and seeing their face light up at the end of the treatment, to the other artists who support and help eachother is really refreshing. I am blown away by how supportive and kind everyone is in this industry.
What’s been your proudest moment of your career so far?
This is a milestone for me being recognised as tech of the month and just seeing how far I’ve come with my business and client results, everyday is a proud “pinch me” moment!
What is your favourite Cosmedic Supplies product?
LOVE the Luna+ range. The crisp hairstrokes you can create are just insane! Also loving the universal cartridges for more sensitive skins. Definitely my fave cartridges!
Where do you see yourself in 5 years’ time?
I’d love to be part of the Elite Tech team ❤️ but also training others in spmu one day would be a dream come true!
