Our Oxidant Liquid has a creamy formula that blends with our Buff Tints and our Hybrid Stain for a consistency that is easy to work with.
Brow Dye Developers activate the colour molecules in the tint/stain/dye by opening the cuticle layer of the brow hairs. This allows the dye molecules to penetrate deep into the hair cortex for that intense colour.
