Product Description
Perma Blend Dark Brown from the Perma Blend I Love Ink Eyebrow Collection by Tina Davies is a dark brown shade with an orange base. Dark Brown can be used on clients with fair, beige, olive and caramel skin tones for a more defined look. It can also be used to cover orange, red and green.
Tina Davies Pigment Dark Brown from Perma Blend is available in a 15 ml bottle. Vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.
Perma Blend is one of the leading brands for permanent make-up and micro-pigmentation pigments, known for its vibrant colours that stay true even after treatment.
