Product Description

Li Pigments Monica Ivani Signature Series Electric Blonde is a dark blonde colour with a green and neutral yellow base. Fantastic for blondes and redheads with either neutral or slightly cooler skin tones with pink/red undertones.

You can darken Electric Blonde with Faux Brown or Absolute Brown from the Monica Ivani Signatures Series.

From Li Pigments and world-renowned eyebrow artist Monica Ivani comes a spectacular signature series eyebrow pigments set.

All the pigments are easy to use as they come pre-mixed. However, you can use the pigments to lighten or darken the others if you wish.
