Introducing the brand new Noemi GEL Dye - The world’s first liquid hybrid dye that is packed with nutrient ingredients. This innovative eyebrow dye combines high-quality colour with nourishing ingredients to strengthen and nourish the eyebrows and give them a long-lasting, intense colour.

The Noemi Hybrid Gel Dye can be used on both brows and lashes.
The PH value is 9-10, which means that it penetrates through the hair making the dyes last for about 8 days on the skin and ⅚ weeks on the hair providing an intense final result.

Special ingredients and their effects:

Hydrolyzed corn protein: Strengthens and restructures eyebrow hairs, reduces breakage and improves texture.

Hydrolyzed Soy Protein: Increases elasticity and moisture of the hairs, strengthens them and reduces brittleness, resulting in fuller, more defined eyebrows.

Hydrolyzed wheat protein: Moisturises and gives eyebrows a natural shine.

Lemon peel oil: Cleanses and clarifies eyebrows, promotes healthy growth and enhances the natural shine of the colour.

Niacinamide (Vitamin B3): Stimulates healthy hair growth, strengthens follicles and reduces pigment loss for more intense and longer-lasting colour.
