Perma Blend Blonde from the Perma Blend I Love Ink Eyebrow Collection by Tina Davies is a light taupe shade with a yellow base. Blonde can be used on clients with fair or pink skin tones for a very natural look. It can also be used to cover orange, red, green and purple.
Tina Davies Pigment Blonde from Perma Blend is available in a 15 ml bottle. Vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.
Perma Blend is one of the leading brands for permanent make-up and micro-pigmentation pigments, known for its vibrant colours that stay true even after treatment.
