Tech of the Month: Browology Ltd

Introducing Rachel, the owner of @browology_ltd. We have kept and eye on Rachels work for a while now and decided she was the deserving winner of this months Tech of the Month. Check out her Q&A below.

1) When did you first enter the beauty industry?

I first stepped into the industry in 2017. I have always been passionate about beauty, I had just had my baby boy and wanted a career that would allow me to work around him. It felt like the perfect opportunity to rethink where I really wanted to be and the path I wanted to be following. Being able to do what I love, working for myself and working around what suits my little family is a dream come true.

2) Why did you decide to train in SPMU?

I have always been passionate about beauty and self care and had a very creative side.

I initially had my own eyebrows done at one of the academies I ended up training at myself. During my appointment I discussed my interests and knew i was ready to jump into my training.

Being able to make people feel beautiful, confident and the best version of themselves is just the most rewarding thing.

3) What is your favourite procedure to perform?

Definitely combination brows. The treatment can be tailored to each individual client and the results are always gorgeous. It’s a technique which can be adapted to suit every face and is the perfect treatment to enhance those beautiful faces.

4) Where do you see yourself in five years time?

I have recently completed my AET teaching qualification and will be soon completing my training manuals and kits ready to launch my own courses. The ultimate goal is to be running my own academy for treatments and courses with my name above the door!

5) What is your signature technique called?

Bespoke Brows - The ultimate combination brow treatment tailored perfectly to each individual.

Ashley Aquilina - nano/ microblading

7) What is your favourite Cosmedic Supplies machine and needle?

My go to combo is the Cosmedic supplies Lite pad with 1RL needles for my hair strokes and 3RL to pack in the shading . The machine is so lightweight and easy to handle and produces the most gorgeous results.
